The following are terms and conditions that you agree to when using and interacting with the Darwin Dating service.

We reserve the right to alter features of the service without notice or liability. These terms and conditions can be modified by us at any time for any reason. 2. Age Restriction

You must not attempt to become a Darwin Dating member if you are under the age of 18. By signing up as a member, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Right to terminate membership

Darwin Dating reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason at any time.

4. Profile Information

Each individual user of the Darwin Dating service is personally responsible for the content/information that appears in their profile, including their picture, and for any communications they make to other members.

By using this service, you hold Darwin Dating harmless for any act or omission of any member of this service, or any third party.

Darwin Dating reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member who engages, or is suspected of engaging, in any of (but not limited to) the following activities

The inclusion of personal contact details in your profile
The inclusion of inappropriate language and/or photos in your profile
The inclusion of false information in your profile
Advertising in any way, shape or form in your profile, or via any contact to any member
Inappropriate conduct towards other members and users of the Darwin Dating service
The sharing of another member's confidential details and information without their permission
The inclusion in your profile of information/material that infringes upon the rights of any third party

Darwin Dating is not responsible for any content posted or transmitted via the service. Darwin Dating cannot and does not review every piece of information sent by users of the service. Whilst we reserve the right to deal with users who violate the terms and conditions of use, we are not obligated to do so. You, the user of the service, remain solely liable for the content and information you upload to, and download from the site. Under no circumstances will Darwin Dating be liable to you, or any third parties, for any damages arising out of the use of our service.

5. Use of image/Advertising

As a member of Darwin Dating, you consent to us using your image, or its likeness, for the purpose of marketing/advertising our product without further notice.

6. Copyright/Trademark and Intellectual Property

Darwin Dating asserts full copyright protection in the service.

7. External links and Advertising

The Darwin Dating website contains links to other websites. These links do not imply that Darwin Dating endorses these websites or guarantees the reliability of the information they contain.

Darwin Dating is not responsible for any computer problem (including virus transmission) you may experience as a result of visiting this site or any of its links.

8. Payment

At the present time, Darwin Dating is completely free to use.

However, Darwin Dating reserves the right to introduce fees or charges to use the service down the track. Members will be given at least 14 days notice of the introduction of any fees or charges via email, and by a notice placed on this page.

9. Privacy Policy

This contract is subject to our stated Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be read as part of these terms and conditions. For example, the Privacy Policy is subject to clause 1 above (Right to alter the service).

10. Choice of law and severability

This contract is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Invalidity or unenforceability of one or more provisions of this Agreement shall not affect any other provision of this Agreement.
